Plante & Moran welcomes bidders to submit proposals in response to our clients' technology related Requests for Proposals (RFPs). RFPs become available on this web site on the day they are released for distribution. The RFPs posted may include multiple files to be downloaded, an example is as follows:

• The RFP specifications in Adobe Acrobat (PDF) format
• The bidder response form
• Prints in PDF format if electronically available
• Bulletins regarding any updates to the RFP

Interested bidders should note that depending on the specific client requirements, any or all of the above components may need to be requested or obtained directly from the client at their facilities. Additionally, bidders may be required to attend a mandatory bidders conference as indicated in the RFP. Please take note of the due date, time and location as proposals arriving late, or at the wrong location, including those delivered by courier, are usually not accepted.
